Supply Chain Transparency

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act requires retail sellers that do business in California to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking in their supply chains. gifts-done is not a retailer, but is complying out of an abundance of caution for our suppliers and users.

gifts-done is committed to providing customers with products that were manufactured legally, ethically, and responsibly. We expect our employees and suppliers to respect workers and ensure fair, safe and healthy conditions in their manufacturing facilities.

gifts-done will not tolerate slavery or human trafficking by either our employees or our suppliers.

gifts-done requires its suppliers to adhere to labor and workplace standards that include employment of workers above the minimum working age who freely choose to work and who are regularly, legally compensated. We also require our suppliers to warrant that all gifts are made in compliance with all applicable laws, including laws prohibiting child labor, forced labor and unsafe working conditions. This verification is part of our supplier code. We do not regularly engage in audits or require certification of our suppliers to verify their compliance with our standards, but we reserve the right to conduct such audits.
